Welcome to the MyOwn Tel Customer Portal.

To get started, navigate to https://portal.myowntel.net.au

You'll be greeted by a login page that asks only for your email address. Simply enter your email address and we will email you a one time code to access your account. For enhanced security, this system does not use password authentication.

Note: your email address will need to be associated with your MyOwn Tel account, so make sure you've provided this to our sales team on signup. If you need to associate your email address with your MyOwn Tel, account, lodge a support ticket at https://support.myowntel.net.au or call us on 133 002. You'll only need to do this once; any additional contacts can be added directly within the portal.

How to login

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click "Send me a code"

  3. If your email address is assigned to your account, you can then check your email for the one time code.

  4. Navigate to your email client, open the email and enter the code. Note, it may take a few minutes to arrive.

  5. Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Dashboard.
