You can update certain information, such as Service Friendly Name and Department, to organise your services in a more user friendly way in both the portal and on invoices.
Updating a Service's Friendly Name:
- Log in to the portal and click Services
- Select the service you want to update
- Click the Pencil icon next to "None" in the service's Friendly Name field
- Enter your desired Friendly Name (e.g Home nbn, or Mum & Dad nbn etc), and click Save.
- Your Friendly Name will now appear in the portal and on your invoices. If you make a mistake or need to change the Friendly Name again, just click the Pencil icon and update it as required.
Updating a Service's Department
Updating the Deaprtment in a service is done the same as a Friendly Name.
- Log in to the portal and click Services
- Select the service you want to update
- Click the Pencil icon next to None in the Department field
- Enter the Department name you want to appear in both the portal and on your invoices (e.g WFH Expenses) and click Save
- Your Department will now appear in the portal and on your invoices. If you make a mistake or need to change the Department again, just click the Pencil icon and update it as required.
