Updating Service Details

You can update certain information, such as Service Friendly Name and Department, to organise your services in a more user friendly way in both the portal and on invoices.

 

Updating a Service's Friendly Name:

  1. Log in to the portal and click Services
  2. Select the service you want to update
  3. Click the Pencil icon next to "None" in the service's Friendly Name field

  4. Enter your desired Friendly Name (e.g Home nbn, or Mum & Dad nbn etc), and click Save.
  5. Your Friendly Name will now appear in the portal and on your invoices. If you make a mistake or need to change the Friendly Name again, just click the Pencil icon and update it as required.

Updating a Service's Department

Updating the Deaprtment in a service is done the same as a Friendly Name.

  1. Log in to the portal and click Services
  2. Select the service you want to update
  3. Click the Pencil icon next to None in the Department field

  4. Enter the Department name you want to appear in both the portal and on your invoices (e.g WFH Expenses) and click Save
  5. Your Department will now appear in the portal and on your invoices. If you make a mistake or need to change the Department again, just click the Pencil icon and update it as required.
