Service Ordering Overview

Existing MyOwn Tel customers can use the portal to order Home Internet services from our partner networks. This is handy if you need a second connection at the same location, or if you want to connect Internet at a new location you've moved into. Existing services cannot be disconnected from the portal just yet, so make sure you notify our support team of your relocation, otherwise your current Internet service will remain active and be billed.

Complex services like nbn Enterprise Ethernet, Telstra Fibre, TPG Fibre and Vocus Fibre can be qualified in the portal if your employer wants to connect one of these services at your home (provided it is connected to one of these respective complex fibre networks). We will provide a quotation and you or your employer can create a Business account with our B2B partner provider, Telair (ABN required).

  2. Troubleshooting Tips:
If you're unable to locate a specific multi-dwelling unit or shop number, try these formats:

    • Unit Format:
      • Unit 123, 1 Street Address Suburb
      • 123/1 Street Address Suburb
      • Unit 123/1 Street Address Suburb
    • Replace "Unit" with "Shop," "Suite," etc., if applicable.
  3. Multi-Lot Street Numbers:
For addresses like "47-49 Archer Street," where specific numbers aren't appearing, try:

    • Entering "47-49 Archer Street" as a single range.
    • Using "49 Archer Street" or another lot number in the range.
Carrier databases may list the address differently.

These simple adjustments can help ensure your address is accurately located in the system.
