The MyOwn Tel Customer Portal allows you to add, modify and remove authorised contacts. Contacts can be assigned various roles and permissions which allow the contact to login to the portal and view invoices, update billing details, and order new services etc.

View Existing Contacts
To view the authorised contacts on your Telair account and update their details, login to the portal and then:
- Click on Accounts
- Click Contacts
Edit an Existing Contact
- Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the contact's name
- Click Edit Contact
- You have the option to edit General Settings, which includes updating the First Name, Last Name, Mobile and Position. Make any desired changes and click Save.
- Or click Permission Settings to update roles and permissions. Make any desired changes here and click Save.
