To update your payment method, including Direct Debit details, login to the portal and then:

  1. Click Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Click Update Payment Method, which will take you to the automated payments Payment Method screen
  4. On here, you can either:
    • Add a Credit Card for automated payment of your monthly invoices
    • Or switch to Direct Debit from a bank account
  5. You can then click Go back to dashboard once you've updated your Payment Method.
