Power

On

The system has started up successfully.

Flashing

The system is starting up or firmware is being upgraded. Do not disconnect or power off your modem router.

Off

Power is off. Please ensure that the power adapter is connected correctly.

DSL(FTTN/FTTB/FTTR) On

DSL synchronization is complete.

Flashing

DSL synchronization is in progress.

Off

DSL synchronization failed. Please refer to 1 for troubleshooting.

Internet On/Flashing

Internet service is available.

Off

No Internet Connection. Please refer to 2 for troubleshooting.

2.4G WiFi

On

The 2.4GHz WiFi radio band is enabled.

Flashing

The router is transmitting or receiving data via the 2.4GHz band.

Off  
5G WiFi

On

The 5GHz WiFi radio band is enabled.

Flashing

The router is transmitting or receiving data via the 5GHz band.

Off

The 5GHz WiFi radio band is disabled. Please refer to 3 for troubleshooting.

WPS

On/Off

Turns on when a WPS synchronization is established and automatically turns off about five minutes later.

Flashing

A wireless device is trying to connect to the network via WPS. This process may take up to 2 minutes.
**Please note there is a WPS button on the top of the router.

WAN

On

A device is connected to the WAN port.

Flashing

The WAN port is sending or receiving data.

Off

No device is connected to the WAN port.

LAN On

At least one LAN port is connected to a powered-on device.

Flashing The LAN port is sending or receiving data
Off

No LAN port is connected to a powered-on device.

PHONE

On

The SIP account is registered successfully.

Flashing Slowly

The phone is on-hook and there are voice messages.

Flashing Quickly

The phone is ringing.

Off

No SIP accounts is registered.

USB

On

The USB device is ready to use.

Flashing

The USB device is being identified, or data is being transferred.

Off

No USB device is plugged into the USB port.

Notes:

1. If the DSL LED is off, please be advised that only NBN FTTN/FTTB services will require this light to be on. If you are not sure please contact us on 13 30 02.
2. If the Internet LED is off, please contact us on 13 30 02 for further troubleshooting.
3. To turn on or off the WiFi, there is a button on the top of the router.
