You've signed up with MyOwn Tel and you're wondering what's next? Check out the process of connection below so you can play along at home.
- We will lodge your service request with the appropriate upstream carrier and create your service credentials.
- While you're waiting, familiarise yourself with your modem/router as you will need to configure it for the service.
- If your service comes with a modem/router, this device will be pre-configured and you can skip to step 3!

- Once we are advised of that your service is active we will send you an email letting you know.
- Activation normally takes between 3-5 business days
- In this email you will be advised of your service credentials, these may be handy later on so make sure you keep a record of them!
- Plug your router in and configure it with your service credentials.
- If your service comes with a modem/router, this device will be pre-configured and you will just need to plug it in.
- If you are configuring your BYO device and require assistance please get in touch by submitting a ticket.
- Please include the make and model of your router.
- Also a photo of how you have plugged it in may also assist.
